Butterfly Pea Flower

Intuition enhancement. The flower are used in Malay, Thailand, and Indonesia to impart a blue color to rice in culinary dishes. Herbalists use it to make teas, and when exposed to acid, the blue color turns to red or
pink. This same color-change pH indication can be seen in spiderwort flowers. The binomial meaning is evident when you look at the individual flower in the second picture in the gallery.
